2015 is Whiskey Creek®’s 20th Anniversary and plans are being made for an exciting year! Special promotions, wine tastings, whiskey events, and culinary programs are in the planning stages primarily for the Company’s Flame Club Loyalty Members.
Whiskey Creek® was founded in Florida in 1995 by long time Florida restaurateur Larry Terrell. Larry created some amazing food that is still featured fare in the chain he started all these years later. Items like our Homemade Peach Cobbler, Baby Back Ribs, Bacon Wrapped BBQ Shrimp, Loaded Potato Soup, Wood Fired Salmon, and the Colossal Bloom, among others, are all Larry’s creations. We salute our Founder for his many contributions to our success!
In February, we will all gather in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida to celebrate 20 years of doing business together. 100- 120 guests will meet at the Historic Vinoy Hotel to mark the occasion with a Yacht Cruise, Business Meetings and a Pig Roast/Tiki Party in honor of our BBQ heritage. Owner and President Jim Gardner will address the past and reflect on the humble beginnings of our Concept. One of the highlights is sure to be the keynote address by Technomic Research that will focus on the future, and “What’s next!”
